WHY SHOULD YOU RENT FROM TRADE WIND INVESTMENTS?
At Trade Wind Investments we work hard to make sure your rental experience is as pleasant and painless as possible. We want you to be as comfortable as possible in your home at all times and have in house maintenance to work with your busy schedule. If you are interested in one of our available rentals we have leasing agents available to show you our properties. If you have already seen a property you would like to rent please download our rental application fill it out completely, there is an application fee, please call our office at 702-870-5500 for prices. Once you submit the application along with a copy of your ID to our office, we try to process all applications within 48 hours. Please provide us with as accurate information as possible, this makes the process much faster. Once you are approved you will need to put up the security deposit in certified funds and arrange your move in date with one of our professional property managers. On your move in date, we will have you sign the lease and then we will do a complete inspection of the condition of the property at move in with you including photographs. You will then be given a ten day move repair request form so if you find anything not working properly in the property we can send the request to the owner for approval. We will then send our friendly maintenance staff out to make all approved repairs. You will need to have utilities changed into your name within three days of your move in.
