Trade Wind Investments Incorporated was founded in 1994. The founders of Trade Wind Investments Jill Childs-Mynarcik and Tiger Mynarcik have been involved in real estate and management for over twenty years. Trade Wind Investments has many people that contribute to our success and yours on a daily basis. Our team consists of property managers, bookkeepers, maintenance managers, in house maintenance staff that includes a handy men, housekeepers and grounds keepers, HOA administrators, receptionist and full time sales agents.
We are located in the beautiful northwest area of Las Vegas.
Founder Tiger Mynarcik is the real estate broker of Trade Wind, he is also a permitted property manager. Tiger’s focus in college was managerial and cost accounting, corporate taxation and business administration. Tiger began his career in real estate as a team leader and company recruiter/trainer and franchise sales for WHY USA Spring Valley in 1991. Tiger was top producing agent out of 300+ nationwide franchises two times. Tiger has served on Commercial Investment and audit committees at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Tiger has always focused his career on investor acquisitions/dispositions of single family, multi family and commercial income producing properties. Tiger is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
Jill Childs-Mynarcik, Co Founder Broker/Salesman, has been licensed in the state of Nevada since 1992. Beginning her career while in college majoring in accounting Jill worked for the largest property management company in Albuquerque New Mexico and found her calling. Jill is the President of trade Wind Investments. Jill is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) honor society. Jill was the local channel 13 “Ask the expert” for many years representing property management for Las Vegas. Jill is an “Accredited Residential Manager”(ARM) and a “Certified Property Manager” (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) the highest designation available to property managers equivalent to a masters degree in this field. Jill is a permitted property manager with the state of Nevada and was the leading force creating the laws in the state of Nevada that require all property managers to be separately educated, tested and permitted in the state. Jill served on the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors property management committee for ten years, and chaired and vice-chaired the committee in 1996 and 1997. Jill has served on the education committee at GLVAR and is a qualified property management instructor. Jill has been awarded by her peers Realtor of the month out of over 12,000 realtors twice in July 1997 and April 2000 for her outstanding efforts in the field of property management. Jill is very dedicated to the company and the profession and very involved in the daily operation.
Trade Wind Investments currently manages over 74 million dollars in real estate. This includes over 400 single family homes, condominiums, town homes and over 10 commercial complexes.
